Conference 2016 – Education
Posted On: September 28, 2015
The following comes to us from Conference President, Rev. Dr. Ken Chroniger:
Where have all the schools gone? We are a people who believe in advanced education for both the pastor and the people. We wanted our people to enter professions where it would be easier to observe the Bible Sabbath from 6th day even to 7th day even. We believe Pastors need to learn in formal settings not only how to read and write but to be immersed in those things that would educationally allow them to minister effectively for a lifetime. As a people we built schools in the states. We advanced education through Academies, Institutes, Colleges, School of Theology. We took the need for education to the Mission field, Grace School in Shanghai, China, Crandall High School, Jamaica and Bible Institute in Malawi .
